Alumni
The University of Cape Town Trust is one of a number of international offices (along with non-profit organisations in Canada, the US and Australia) which have been established to raise funds for the University, and also build and maintain relations with UCT alumni around the world.
The University of Cape Town Trust organises events such as the UCT London Lecture series, opera concerts and theatre visits, Vice-Chancellor’s Receptions in iconic venues around London and Fireside Chat Meet & Mingle sessions.
We host both formal and informal events, creating a space for alumni, both young and old, to catch up with fellow classmates, make use of UCT’s extensive London network and hear more about what’s happening at the University.
As well as offering the opportunity to re-establish a relationship with your alma mater, such events are ideal networking opportunities which foster professional and social engagement amongst UK based alumni of Africa’s leading university.
